Mercury outboard 18, 20, 25HP Short drive shaft.  This is made for 15" transom motors and measures 25" from tip to tip.  Shaft is straight without seal wear or spline wear.  It is ready to install. 
I typically have all parts to this gear case from individual pieces to complete units.  Let me know if you do not find what you need and we will list it for you.
