Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 1 business day. 

Our daily cut-off time for same day shipping is 10 am Monday-Friday. 

We do ship most Saturdays, but that is not guaranteed.

We only ship to the address provided by the customer.  We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

We do NOT guarantee the shipping dates provided by the individual carriers in the shipping calculator provided by Shopify (webstore host) and the shipping carriers. All dates are provided by the carrier, not Pine Lake Parts, and are only estimates.
