International Orders Policy

1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customer responsible for fees (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU)

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.  International orders may incur customs brokerage fees charged by the shipping service chosen at checkout. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by your government upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees.

2. International Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. While we provide standard estimates from the shipping providers, international shipments are subject to potential customs delays that are outside our control. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has dispatched.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept international returns and exchanges. To initiate a return, please contact us at shelly@pinelakeparts.com within 30 days of delivery. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Items must be returned in their original condition.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items

Due to international shipping regulations and carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship certain items (e.g., [Insert restricted items, such as aerosol cans, lithium batteries, perishables]) to specific countries. If an order contains restricted items for your destination, we will contact you to cancel and refund the order.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

We are not responsible for packages that are seized or destroyed by customs. If an international package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, or failure to pick it up, you will be refunded for the product cost minus the cost of international shipping and any return fees incurred.
