This was pulled from a Michigan Fresh water 250 Pro-XS with a bad cylinder, S/N 1B825453.
Gear case was well maintained and working perfectly when the power head failed. This is original factory paint, it tells the story on how much this has been used. This unit spent its summers here in West Michigan, Winterized each year with lower unit oil changed each year.
Drained oil for testing, Oil had some use, no water or metal. Passed pressure and vacuum tests with zero drop. Shifts properly. All splines in excellent condition. Cavitation plate and skeg are both straight but skeg has a chip on the back, see pics, will not impact performance. Original factory paint in excellent condition. Small scratches but overall appearance is great.
Long shaft motor measuring 21 1/2 " from top of water pump to end of shaft, 20" transom motor. Standard Rotation, 1.75 Gear Ratio.
