The flywheel pictures shown are to show that the magnet cannot be picked out from the original I recommend an epoxy magnet glue to install.
Flywheel Magnet Replacement Epoxy Kit
Guaranteed match to your flywheel if you completely remove the old magnet and adhesive. Light sand surface and back of magnet and wipe down with alcohol before applying epoxy, clamp in place overnight and it is ready to install on the motor.
